Why should we have our wedding filmed?
Your wedding day is a special moment in your life that you will want to preserve. I can’t tell you how many times brides have said to me, “The day goes by so fast.” Photos are a great way to remember the day, but video tells the whole story, live, as it really happened. Your DVD will preserve the memories of your wedding day for years to come.
A friend offered to film our wedding, what’s the difference?
We hear this question very often. The difference is that we are professionals, and this is what we do everyday for a living. We know where to setup to get the best angles, and our professional equipment will capture your audio and video clearly. Remember that your wedding is going to happen live and there are no second takes.
Can I get my video in High Definition?
Yes, we are currently one of the only videographers shooting in HD as a standard part of every package. We do not charge an additional fee to film in HD, and we feel that it creates a much sharper DVD video than shooting in Standard Definition only. We also offer Blu-ray Disc as a delivery option for your wedding video.
Will my videographer be obtrusive?
No, we do not harass guests and we use an on camera light for dark situations. Our goal is to hear you say, "We didn’t even know you were there!"
Will the person we book with be filming our wedding?
Yes, when you book with Rolling Hills you can rest assured that the person you book will be your videographer. We never outsource our work, and never double book a videographer.
Do we have to book a 2 camera package?
You do not need to book a 2 camera package, however we strongly recommend a package with 2 cameras. 2 camera coverage allows us to film your wedding from various angles instead of just one.
How long will my completed video be?
Your completed wedding video will be approximately 45min – 90mins in length on average. This will vary depending on your selected package and film time.
How long before we receive our completed wedding video?
On Average, you can expect to receive your completed wedding video within 6 weeks. However, this may vary depending on the time of year and current workload.
